Food is fantastic. Service was sub-par. Server was more interested in doing his side work or talking to other people than actually taking our orders or making sure we had everything we needed.

The food was great. The drinks were great. I really enjoy Los Tres. The only concern I had was that communication between the waiters and ourselves was a bit choppy a few times. Overall, I consider this establishment a "win" in my book!

waited over 45 mins and watched everyone that came in after me get seated... the host claimed he didn’t remember speaking to me after I asked multiple times if our name was on the list in which he responded that it was. then still proceeded to place us at the end of the list. still have a 30 min wait due to lack of tables. highly disappointed with the service.

Where to start. Server got 2/4 drinks wrong, but never came back to the table so we could tell him after a good 5-7 min, or to even take our food order. We stopped another server passing, who went and got him, he then brought STILL 1/2 drinks wrong. Waited over 30 min for him to finally come back to the table to order food, and 2 different of the 4 of us had the wrong food. So all 4 of us were kinda bummed about it. The food was ok. Truthfully nowhere near the best Mexican you can get in Conway.

Excellent food. A gem in a strip mall. If you like spicy,please try hot sauces. I loved their chili Riano. Also, chips are very fresh and salsa is tasty.

Great food at great prices. Need to monitor masks better. People came in without them.

The manager has no sack! The service was terrible, food was overcooked and tuff. One of us found a bone in the meal the waitress said it happens all the time! Manager came to the table and said he cannot keep it from happening there is nothing he can do! Manager has no balls! Well there is something I can do, I will not be back. 5 out of 6 in our party were unhappy with our meal and service.

Great food, at a great price with friendly staff...they are overall one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to since being in Arkansas...definitely recommend stopping and trying them if ever in conway

Lounge is wonderful food has really went down. I almost choked on the cheese enchilada the cheese taste like plastic. Probably generic cheese that definitely did not melt in your mouth. I have to say worst enchiladas I ever had in my life and that's being honest and makes me sad and even the sauce has changed. It's very dark and has a burnt taste to it. Use to be a great place to eat. Hard to believe they are fixing to move locations to a nice place and use such cheap quality ingredients. Big disappointment. Use to be my favorite place to go. I hope they wake up and see the old way was a better way and whatever they are using now is not gonna work.i really use to love this place.

Great place to eat. Unlimited tacos on Tuesday 5.99 & unlimited enchiladas on Wednesdays 5.99. Always busy

Food is definitely an upgrade from previous menu. It was a packed house but didn't take long to get seated. Love the new bar area and layout of restaurant. Service was great as always!

JUST MADE A CALL IN ORDER @ 17:47 told food would be ready in 15-20 minutes ie 18:00-18:05. was there and paid for food by 18:00, directed to the patio for pickup. sat there till 18:40 waiting while people all behind me kept getting their food. finally got our order and took it home, 5 minute drive. EVERYTHING IS COLD ! ! ! ! how long did they let it sit before giving it to me ? my hard taco's are now soft ones from sitting so long sealed up ! my wife's fajita nacho's over rice are so cold it's not funny, even the cheese dip in a styrofoam cup is cold ! ! ! ! I'll chalk this up to it being 5/5/20 but seriously bad

Very good food, great prices, very attentive staff

We ordered five sweet teas. They brought us unsweet tea. While waiting for them to come back we realize my husbands tea has a fly in it. Not on top but half down the glass with the ice. We point it out and they never apologized just brought a different glass. I ordered no veggies and my plate came topped with veggies. The cheese dip was thin like water and tasteless. No one enjoyed their meals. It all tasted bland and old. We had to ask if they were going to discount us for having a fly in our drink. They went to the manager and about ten minutes later they came back with a ticket that was discounted by $7. We will not be back.

This was our first visit. The food was great. It too our server a while to realize we were there and waiting to be served but after that it was all smooth and a good experience.

First off the staff is awesome! But the food has gone down in quality. There cheese enchiladas use to be the best but recently they switched cheese to a generic orange cheese with no flavor. Please switch back.

Cerviche was delicious..spicey but very good. Fresh made tortillas excellent.

Been here twice now and both times it was wonderful. Great atmosphere, great service, great food, and better value. Chips are fresh in house. Wife had fish tacos and they were really good with some great pico. Our new favorite in Conway.

Extremely clean, quick service and friendly staff. Food was amazing!

Food was excellent. Had the Enchiladas Supremas. Subbed chicken for bean. They forgot the cheese. Jenny got me two cheese enchiladas in addition to the two beef and two chicken. Queso was amazing. Flan always delectable. The cheesecake wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried will enrich your soul!

Great place for a drink or two.

Microwave Mexican. Plate was scalding but food not even warm. The Soft tacos were not warm, cheese not melted. Food tasted bland. I only ate 1/3 of it and didn't bother taking the leftovers. Chips too thick. I didn't drink from the bar so I can't comment on their drinks. Taco Bell is better.

Average local bar with a young crowd. Paranoid customers that frown on picture taking.....too bad. Staff was friendly. Beer selection was not so great but I got by ok. The chips and salsa we're good. The guacamole could use more flavor. The quesadilla (veggie) was great. If I lived in the area I might stop by now and again. Several TVs with sports.

My new favorite Mexican place! Great tasting food, lots of choices, and friendly staff. Homemade flour tortillas were being made near the front and were awesome with cheese dip. Don't forget dessert, churros were fantastic! Can't wait to go back.

Best Mexican restaurant in the entire state. All authentic. Fantastic waiter's. Awesome drinks. Please by all means stop by and you won't be disappointed.

The best Mexican food restaurant in Conway. The staff here is always friendly. Last time, my table was wobbly so the waitress fixed it right away for us! The food is good and cheap. Be aware that the beef can be a bit heavy in the grease side, but the chicken is always stellar.

Sat for 30 minutes with only a drink. Noone stopped to get my order. I walked out after paying for my margarita. Shame too. I'm a server and always tip at least 25% if service is just decent. Won't be back.

Ate here for the 1st time today and loved it. Great food and service. Definitely a better atmosphere than most Mexican restaurants. Our waitress was 100% on top of everything. The Fajitas Tapatia was excellent and a single order was plenty to share with the wife. Washed it all down with a ice cold Miller Lite. The TV's all over the place are awesome!!! Will be back soon!!!!

Very good food. Not bad service, we only had a carry out order. But it was ready for pick up in about 10 minutes! Loved the salsa! The stuffed jalepeno peppers are spicy!

The restaurant"s new building is much larger and nicer than the old location. And the great food and service haven't changed at all. Guests enjoy all the usual Mexican dishes, from tacos to enchiladas. The servers are polite and prompt and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ate here for the first time and can safely say it's probably the best mexican restaurant in Conway. Service was SUPER friendly and VERY fast. Food was very good and so was the atmosphere. Not loud but not so quiet everybody else can hear your conversation. Very good experience overall. Highly recommend.

My son always says you can tell a good Mexican restaurant by their enchiladas. Don't order them here! They were mediocre. One plate had boiling hot rice and flavorless beans, the other plate's rice and beans were barely warm. Service would have been better if waiter wasn't so busy flirting with two younger women.
